Terms of Service
For the business relationship between the customer and Amolep.com, these terms and conditions apply in their version valid at the time of the order. A customer is any natural or legal person who has business relationships with Amolep.com. Agreements that deviate from these terms and conditions must be confirmed in writing by Amolep.com.
All prices are shown in EUR. Amolep.com is not yet subject to VAT.
3.Order / delivery
The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalogue. By clicking on the button “Send order” you place a binding order of the goods contained in the shopping cart. The confirmation of the receipt of your order is made together with the acceptance of the order immediately after sending by automated e-mail. With this e-mail confirmation, the purchase contract came about.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges these terms and conditions of Amolep.com.
Orders are usually shipped completely. Deliveries are possible worldwide, shipping costs in Switzerland are CHF 15.00, in the rest of Europe CHF 15.00, unless explicitly stated otherwise. We always endeavor to ship the ordered goods within 24 hours, from the time of receipt of payment. As a rule, there is a delivery time of 10 – 20 working days. If this delivery time is exceeded, you remain liable for acceptance until you withdraw from the order in writing or by e-mail. However, we are also endeavoured in case of a delay to inform the customer in writing.
If you refuse to accept your delivery, we shall be entitled to withdraw from the contract or claim damages for non-fulfilment after the expiry of a period of grace of fourteen days. In the event of recurrence, we reserve the right to charge a corresponding processing fee of CHF 20.
Warranty for product information, availability information and warranty conditions
The warranty is governed by statutory regulations. Since the illustrations in our online shop are only approximate representations of a motive, we assume no guarantee that certain products correspond exactly to the images shown. Amolep.com always strives to provide its customers with the best possible information about the products and services offered. Some of this information is sourced directly from the manufacturers and is presented to the customers in the online shop. Any information about products, services, warranty conditions and warranty period, which are published by Amolep.com are without guarantee and not to be understood as an assurance. For the correctness, completeness and topicality of the information, no liability can be taken over. Amolep.com makes every effort to maintain and display the availability information. Delivery or delivery delays may occur due to production or delivery bottlenecks or incorrect inventory data. All information on delivery times are therefore not binding, without guarantee and are subject to change without notice. The delivery can also be completely made impossible if a product can no longer be manufactured or delivered.

6.Right of Withdrawal
6.1 Withdrawal Rights
Customers who are consumers within the meaning of the Swiss Consumer Code or similar laws in their respective countries of residence may, within 14 calendar days of receiving the delivery of the goods ordered, withdraw from a distance contract (or a distance contract).
It is sufficient if the resignation is sent within the deadline without giving reasons. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are included in the calculation of the deadline. However, there are at least 7 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) available.
In the case of withdrawal, a full or partial refund of the purchase price will take place only step by step, against deferment of the goods received by the customer.
The goods should be returned in unused and as new, resalable condition and in their original packaging. For articles that are affected by signs of use, we will charge an appropriate fee for the impairment. The same applies if the return of the goods accessories or parts missing.
The assessment of the impairment is the responsibility of the management of Amolep.com

In the case of defects in the purchased goods, the buyer must notify these defects within five working days from delivery of the goods by email or in writing to Amolep.com. In the case of defects which considerably limit the usability of the item, the buyer may demand the change. This should be indicated with the complaint. The buyer must prove that the usability of the item is significantly limited. In other cases, the buyer is only entitled to demand a reduction of the purchase price. The return of the item must be done with registered mail. The buyer carries the risk of a faulty return of the thing as well as the risk that the thing goes down with return or damaged.
6.3 Refund Policy
The exchange of products is basically not possible. Only by way of exception and in consultation with Amolep.com can a replacement or return be made. The maximum price for all returns and exchanges is always the current price valid on the day of return or exchange. In the event of damage to the goods during transport, complaints must be made by e-mail or in writing within 48 hours, otherwise the right to compensation expires. A return or exchange is only possible in case of wrong deliveries or manufacturing defects within 8 days after receipt of the delivery. For returns, a detailed error description and a copy of the delivery note or the invoice must be enclosed, as otherwise processing is not possible. The products must be returned with all accessories in their original packaging and packed properly. The return of the item must be done with registered mail. The buyer carries the risk of a faulty return of the thing as well as the risk that the thing goes down with return or damaged.
6.4. Exclusion for returns
Hygiene articles and articles that have been opened, worn, used or damaged, specially ordered or manufactured for the customer, which are clearly tailored to personal needs that are not in perfect condition or the original packaging is incomplete or damaged, as well as individually configured articles are completely excluded from the return or exchange.
6.5 Return costs Switzerland
The costs of the return are at the expense of the customer. If the goods are returned unpaid for, we are entitled to withhold or invoice a corresponding amount.
6.6 Return costs for European consumers
The costs of the return go with private customers (consumers) basically loads of the customer. This does not apply if the delivered goods do not correspond to those ordered. Should the goods be returned unpaid for against these provisions, we are entitled to withhold a certain amount or to invoice.
If the buyer defaults on acceptance (e.g. non-collection of the goods, for reasons for which the buyer is responsible) Amolep.com is entitled to deposit the goods owed at the risk and expense of the buyer and thereby relinquish his liability to free. In the event of default of acceptance, Amolep.com also has the right to sell the item or to take the item back. The buyer is fully liable for the damage incurred and has Amolep.com compensation.
Claims for damages for impossibility of performance, breach of contract, culpa in contrahendo and tort, are, as far as intentional or grossly negligent action, against Amolep.com and against the vicarious agents of Amolep.com completely excluded. The liability for indirect damage and consequential damage resulting from the use, by dysfunction or loss of performance is excluded.
Incurred customs clearance costs based on ordered goods are to be borne by the customer.

The customer agrees to receive news from our company about our products, current offers and other company-related information by means of advertising e-mail, in particular, the newsletter.
The customer may revoke his consent to receive such emails at any time as follows:
Return the e-mail to the sender address with the note “Please no further advertising e-mails.”
We only offer reputable and proven payment systems and can therefore guarantee a high degree of security.
Should provisions of these terms and conditions be or become ineffective, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. Rather, instead of each ineffective provision, a substitute provision corresponding to the purpose of the agreement, or at least approximating it, shall apply, as the parties would have agreed to achieve the same economic result if they had known the provision was ineffective. The same applies to gaps.
